Dogs weights are checked on arrival and monitored every 2 days to ensure correct feeding and weight management.
As animal lovers ourselves we understand that your dog is a member of your family and is used to receiving your love and attention. Whilst in our care your dog will receive regular contact during our play sessions with lots of cuddles and treats as a standard part of their daily routine.
Whether your dog likes to bask in the sun with a gentle tummy rub or have a ruff and tumble all needs are catered for. As a minimum standard we exercise all our guests at least 4 times a day either on their own or in small suitable groups with your permission.
Play and toilet sessions are always supervised by us and we love to play games with the Kong Safe Stixs and Kong Jumbler balls etc. which are enjoyed by the dogs.
Playing areas are cleaned up after every dog has been out to ensure good hygiene standards.
We insist on a a free trail day to see if your dog settles in the kennel environment and is going to be happy stopping with us, we can`t take dogs with separation anxiety or dog aggression issues.
